First night of Intervals
We did a quick warm-up, some yoga-like stretching, 2 by 400's, a timed mile, 1 by 400, and a cool down. I'm just have to brag about myself here for a sec...well, it is my blog, I'm allowed to brag if I want! My timed mile was 9:32!! Whoo hoo! Don't believe me....go check it out here! Now if only I could sustain it...like, say for a women's only 5K I've registered for at the end of the month. Honestly, I'd be happy with 30-31 minutes. We'll see.
