Phew! I had to ride the bike over to the gas station because I couldn't get our little hand pump to fill up the tires enough. And there is a fairly large hill between the house and the gas station. Man! My quads were tired! Once I finally figure out my work schedule and get a routine going...where I'm going to work, how long my commute is, are there facilities on site in order to clean up if I run at lunch, etc., I'm definitely going to add at least one day a week of cross training, a spin class, a body pump class, a bike ride, something.
But I remembered how much I enjoy biking! :)
