I'm sore today! A good kind of sore, too. I finally gave my Bender Ball a try last night. (Don't order it from the website. I've heard stories of them sending you all kinds of crap you don't need or want. Beth picked it up for me at Wal-Mart. But we also saw the same thing, different name at Marshalls. ) Whew, I can feel it in my lower abs. And I can feel my large muscles in my legs and my shoulders and pectorals from Body Pump. Oh, and when I dropped the lil' one off at daycare her teachers were asking me if I had lost weight. Whoo hoo! Just more motivation to keep at it. (I think I should wear this outfit everyday.)
It's supposed to rain tonight, so I'm going to try and get a run in at lunchtime.

nice! i always have trouble working out at home...i never know if my form is right, and i feel like a doofus dancing around in front of the tv if i do that.
